Our
Inside Sales Representatives and Territory Managers are thoroughly
trained in system design. Contact us at 1-800-645-9116 and
select sales option 1 for our Domestic Sales department. Tell
our Receptionist which State you are calling from, and you
will be connected with the Inside Sales Representative covering
your area.
- How do I place an order with
Vicon?
Call
your Inside Sales Representative who will:

Guide you through all of your equipment needs, from the
simplest of component parts to the most complex systems.
- Explain
product availability, shipping standards and our beneficial
warranty.
- Compile
an equipment list and instantly quote you a price.
When
you are satisfied with your equipment list, simply submit
your order in one of the following manners:

Fax us at 1-631-951-2288. We will confirm receipt of your
order.
- E-mail
your order to your Inside Sales Representative. We will
call or e-mail you back to confirm.
- Mail
your order to Vicon Industries (ATT: Your Inside Sales Representative),

What if I need to return a product?
Vicon’s
industry-leading beneficial use warranty protects you from
certain product defects up to 3 years in accordance with the
terms of our published warranty. If you need to return a Vicon
product, please follow the simple guidelines that follow:
To return a product for any reason:
Contact your Inside Sales Representative who will coordinate
with the appropriate department for the issuance of a Sales
Return Authorization Number.
Upon
receiving a Return Authorization:
-
If possible, please place the equipment together with all
accessories and manuals in the original packaging material
to minimize the possibility of damage in shipment.
- Clearly
mark the carton and label with the sales or service Return
Authorization number issued to you.
- Promptly
return the equipment to ensure speedy account credit or
repair turnaround.
